💌 Do you offer custom or personalized products?
Yes! Most of our items can be personalized. Just follow the customization instructions on each product page. Have a special request? Contact us, we’d love to help!
⏳ How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time: 3–7 business days (U.S. only)
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
📍 Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes! We offer free local pickup at Wallingford Marketplace at Words on Wood in Wallingford, Connecticut. You’ll get an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready. Most pickup orders are ready within 2 days of placing an order.
📦 Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Custom items: Final sale (no returns or exchanges)
Non-custom items: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery

💥 What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
💡 What color will my custom nightlight be?
All custom nightlights are made with clear acrylic and include an LED light base that has several color options and a remote. You can choose your own light color using the included remote.
