Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please double-check all spelling and customization details before placing your order.

Non-Custom Items
If you're not satisfied with a non-custom item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at hey@heyvalentineshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions if your request is eligible.

Damage or Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We'll do our best to make it right!

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
