Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care! Please allow 3–5 business days for us to create and prepare your items before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipping.

Tracking Information
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at Wallingford Marketplace at Words on Wood in Wallingford, Connecticut. You’ll receive a pickup notification when your order is ready.

Delays
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
